Keeping a small, close-knit team allows us to provide the highest quality of services to our clients. Each member of our team brings special talent and experiences to ensure we create a dynamic treatment plan for the whole family. We know that not one person has all the answers but as a team we can find a way to to break through the barriers that exist for our clients.

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) have a minimum of five years experience treating children with autism and work directly with clients and their families in addition to supervising our behavior technicians on a weekly to bi-weekly basis. All of our behavior technicians must possess or be pursuing bachelors or masters degree in an autism related field and have a minimum of two years' experience working with children or adults with ASD. In addition, all technicians must complete their Registered Behavior Technician certification when joining our team.

Amanda Parker, M.Ed, BCBA

Founder, Supervising BCBA

Amanda began her career working in in-home based ABA programs in 1998.  After seeing the success her clients were making she decided to pursue a masters degree in special education along with her BCBA and start one of the first Verbal Behavior based schools in the midwest. For over ten years Amanda successfully directed the school while researching scientifically based methods for treating children with ASD.  In her research she discovered that there is no one size fits all approach to treating children with ASD and while ABA is the most researched treatment for autism, one must understand its many applications to develop the most comprehensive program.

After obtaining her BCBA in 2007, Amanda has continued her education by attending over 50 workshops and trainings on applications of ABA.  In addition, she has received certifications in Relationship Development Intervention (RDI), Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT), Professional Crisis Management Instructor (PCM), Picture Exchange Communication Systems (PECS) and The Association Method.

Amanda has experience treating individuals aged 2 through adulthood and has consulted in a variety of settings including school districts, residential facilities, clinics and in-home programs.

She frequently presents on ABA and its applications throughout Illinois, Indiana and Georgia.

Stephanie Negrelli, BCBA

Supervising BCBA

Stephanie began her career working with children with ASD in 2009 while at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Autism.  Here she treated children with Aspergers in social skills settings and became fascinated with the complexity of the disorder and how each individual with autism is uniquely different. Following her experience at the Cleveland Clinic, Stephanie developed a passion for ABA and how treatment can change an individual's quality of life. Stephanie relocated to Chicago and spent the next few years treating children more severely affected by autism in school settings.  Stephanie now spends her time between Cleveland and Savannah where she provides local and distance consultation services.

In 2014, Stephanie completed her masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Therapy and shortly after completed her BCBA certification.  Stephanie has a passion for teaching everyday independent skills, training professionals and parents. She loves watching a child accomplish a new skill after working so hard at their goal and agrees that it's "probably one of the greatest experiences someone can have; teaching new skills." Stephanie has experience working with individuals age 4 to 22 with ASD and has worked in home, in school and clinic settings.
